What is a Sandwich Composite Structure?

Our composite acrylic basin is a sandwich composite structure composed of multiple layers of different materials.

Surface

The surface layer of composite acrylic basin is made of 2mm nano quartz layer, with a Mohs hardness of 6 levels, far higher than the traditional acrylic acid's ≤ 3 levels. It has excellent resistance to knife and fork scratches and is not easy to leave marks during use, effectively protecting the surface of composite acrylic basin and maintaining its beauty.

Intermediate layer

Composed of high-density resin and basalt fiber, the flexural strength of the Composite Acrylic Basin reaches 65MPa, far exceeding the national standard of ≥ 30MPa. This makes the composite acrylic basin have good flexural resistance and can withstand large external forces without deformation, improving the structural stability and durability of the product.

Bottom

For the honeycomb shaped ABS skeleton, this structural design not only reduces the weight of the product by 50%, but also increases its load-bearing capacity by 200%. It ensures that the composite acrylic basin is lightweight while also having sufficient load-bearing capacity to adapt to different usage scenarios and needs.
